The conference takes place at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. We have negotiated a special group rate with the conference hotel. The rate listed as Garden View is run-of-house, which means that the actual room category is determined by availability at the time of check-in. We have also negotiated special (higher) rates for specific room categories for those who want them.

Note: These rates were for the original February dates, which were in the high season. We are negotiating lower rates for the new May dates, which will be posted as soon as available. You can go ahead and book your room now, though, and the new rate will apply.

Update: The final negotiated rate is US$208.00 per night for ROH Beachfront or better, including breakfast, service charge, and tax. This applies only for rooms booked at the group rate; bookings made via the hotel website or third-party booking services will remain with the rate and room category booked (although the group rate remains available for new bookings).

Prices are for single or double occupancy and include breakfast (for 1 or 2 persons), service charge and tax. A third adult costs US$115.00 per night including breakfast, service charge and tax. One or two children under 16 may stay free of charge (excluding breakfast) in a room with one or two adults. More than three adults in a room are not permitted.

We have blocked 80 rooms for conference attendees that will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms are on a space-available basis. You are encouraged to make your reservation as early as possible and no later than December 31, 2021 in order to ensure the rate and availability. After the cutoff date any remaining rooms in the block that have not been reserved will be released by the hotel for sale to other guests.

Rates are valid for three days before and three days after the dates of the block, for those wishing to extend their stay.

Update: The original cutoff date has been extended and the group rate is still available. The hotel will not impose a fee for cancellation due to COVID restrictions.

Update: Attendees who made reservations for the original conference dates can change the dates of their booking without penalty.
